How does one make an appointment to see the Box Doctor? Better yet, what kind of coverage does he accept? Unhappily, there is no Blue Mouse-Blue Keyboard of Ohio, but I do offer affordable plans to cover any ailment you seek care for. Since I appreciate choices, and I'm sure you do as well, you will find three options below that fit most needs. Hourly ServicesFor residential and corporate customers who desire on-demand service, I offer the following hourly rates:
Billable time only begins when I reach your home or office, and is only charged when there is a resolution (in other words, I won't charge you for just showing up). There are no trip charges for house calls. Remote SupportRemote telephone and email support is available with a pre-approved remote support agreement, and is provided at a rate of $1.25 per minute. Research of up to 15 minutes in duration is not charged, time in excess of this is charged at the regular support rate. Failure to provide a solution, of course, also results in no charge. Contract ServicesFor companies that could use a dedicated service provider, but can't afford an in-house IT department, I also offer contract services. These are provided at a significant savings from my on-demand rates (exactly one-quarter less), and are calculated from a customized estimate of your requirements. If you end up using more hours than contracted, there will be no extra charges. If you use less than I estimated, you then have two more choices. I can roll-over your unused hours into another contract period, or if you choose to not renew, refund your unused time with no questions asked - and no hassle. At the end of each month you'll also receive an itemized statement of all services performed so you are kept regularly informed about usage and costs. Payment MethodsI accept as a method of payment checks - both personal and business. And, for the convenience of my residential customers, I also accept cash. Residential system builds require a fifty percent deposit, and are payable by cashier's check or money order only. Non-contract on-site support and remote support services rendered to corporate customers are invoiced at the end of each month. Residential services are due and payable at the conclusion of service. |
