Like doctors of old, I still make house calls. Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues is my general field of practice.

A short - but inclusive - list of the issues I'm qualified to address includes:

  • Hardware (diagnoses, repairs, and upgrades for laptops and desktops)
  • Software (drivers, utilities, productivity suites, automation)
  • Windows OS (3.x, 95, 98, 2000, and XP as well as general support for Vista)
  • Networking (hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues)
  • Viruses and Malware (spy-bots, ad-bots, Trojans, and other malicious software issues)
  • Security (access control, operating system, DNS security, network hardening, and customized protocols)
  • Preventative Care (general maintenance services, data archiving and backup)

You may have noticed the obvious about the above - nearly everyone in this business handles these very same issues. But I've also done my time in the corporate office world. I've felt your pain when a critical system doesn't perform the way it should, or outright fails, because I've been where you are.

When your computer locks up unexpectedly just as you're finishing up the accounts receivable ledger in Excel...

When the network connection indicator is saying the network is down and you need access to run payroll today...

When that latest update from Microsoft seems to have made your system's performance worse - not better...

This Doctor is only a phone call (or email) away.
