My name is Michael, and I'm the sole proprietor and owner of The Box Doctor.

If you like, you may call me Mike, or simply The Doctor. If you choose the latter, I might give you a discount.

As you've probably guessed, I'm a computer support and repair specialist. At least that what it says on my website.

But more than that, I'm a support and repair specialist with 20 years of real-world experience in hardware, software and networking technology combined with almost as many years of experience as an end-user in a corporate environment.

I not only know how to solve your computing issues, I also understand where you are coming from - and where you would like to be. Using your equipment to run your business, rather than wasting valuable time waiting around for someone like me to resolve your computing questions.
